Return & Exchange Policy – Beatitudes Wigs

At Beatitudes Wigs, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The wig must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, lace, and accessories must remain intact and uncut.

  • Wigs that have been worn, washed, brushed, styled, altered, or exposed to heat, makeup, perfume, or odor are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Wigs with cut lace, altered caps, or customized parts

  • Wigs that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional items

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items sent by Beatitudes Wigs.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
