• Wigs or glammed dolls purchased from Beatitudes may be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
• Wigs must be original, unused with all tags, closure and packaging intact.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a product defect.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a product defect.

Exchanges:

• If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style, color, or length, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.
• Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received and inspected.
